tires, discarded mattresses, kiddie pool dumped in this area. Dumping existed BEFORE present owners closest to this location. In addition, tree branches are down. The whole mess makes access to homes via our back alleys impossible to negotiate. I am concerned that resources for latest storm will pull appropriate agency from dealing with this problem which I have been reporting on since last weeks storm. How do those of us in this area get back in the queue? This is Clinton Place or Clinton Alley not sure what the official name is, between Park Place and Atwater Street.
