Common areas fire alarm - alarm on last night and this morning. Why is this not fixed?

Yesterday (June 10, 2017), there was no hot water and common area lighting was off. Pike did not respond to repeated phone calls.
This continues today, and I can only assume that both gas and electricity were cut off.
In addition, the common stairways fire alarm went on battery backup, which I think may have run down.
Neighbors have indicated their units are affected (this set of buildings I believe to have an aggregate of 40 apts. more or less).

It's happening again; the alarm goes off, but no fire. The Fire Company rolls out for nothing. What if they were diverted by this and were needed urgently elsewhere?

Recyclables (on Argonne St) are being mixed with the trash when picked up by carting company.

UI has posted a notice that Pike's electrical service will be terminated on Feb 2 due to non-payment. This may leave tenants without heat, hot water, stairwell lighting and fire alarms.

Argonne St: Now there is a second dumpster that smells of something dead.

The air pockets in the water pipes continue to shake the pipes violently.

Trash continues to overflow.

The manager has accused two tenants of throwing trash out the windows (they haven't). Have any other Pike tenants had this problem.

226-234 Ellsworth Ave fire alarm system is on again when there is no fire.

Trash is again overflowing on the Argonne St side.
This a constant and recurring problem, a health hazard an a nuisance. 226-234 is an apartment complex owned by Pike.

Only one of the three lights in the courtyard is on at night.

Water constantly going off without warning.
