Description
I think the roof is leaking again. I had made a maintenance request thinking that the upstairs neighbor's bathroom was leaking into my ceiling, but I have made a further request citing the possibility of another roof leak. It has leaked in the past. The real issue here is that the emergency maintenance number would be answered by a maintenance person. Now, tenants are supposed to text to the number.

I don't want maintenance workers who refuse to wear masks going in and out during this pandemic.

I have heard nothing from Pike. It doesn't look as if we'll have any heavy rain right away, (we had Tropical Depression Fay a while ago).
I will probably call Raphael or Rick soon.

He said that on Friday he fixed the plumbing leak, and numerous leaks from the roof.
We agreed that we'll see if the ceiling dries out OK.
So, I have avoided any surprise visits.
