I have made the requests on 7/13 and today 7/14.
I have checked off the highest urgency in the choices provided.

Called the office today, left a message on their voicemail. I also texted Maintenance asking that the orders be expedited. If the roof is leaking, this would endanger other tenants as well. I would like to avoid making them replacing the bathroom ceiling as they were forced to do by LCI in the past again.
I don't want maintenance workers who refuse to wear masks going in and out during this pandemic.

Mr. Daniel, I will have the inspector reach out to the Management given that there is an open Housing Code case on this matter already. Thanks.

It's good to know there is already a case. There should have been an inspection long ago.

I have heard nothing from Pike. It doesn't look as if we'll have any heavy rain right away, (we had Tropical Depression Fay a while ago).
I will probably call Raphael or Rick soon.

That number doesn't work, so I called Raphael. He talked to the Pike manager. He said Pike maintenance will come here. We established that masks will be worn.

No maintenance activity Thursday and Friday. I had hoped to avoid the damage shown as the ceiling crumbles into the tub Not the first time, either.

This morning I ran into the maintenance guy who has been fixing plumbing and roof leaks in this building for a few years. He also has previously replaced the bathroom ceiling.
He said that on Friday he fixed the plumbing leak, and numerous leaks from the roof.
We agreed that we'll see if the ceiling dries out OK.
So, I have avoided any surprise visits.
